The required process form on-line for the PSS does not include the return of
the skills checklist by the instructor to DHS. This was left off, Peter
Mauro will be correcting this. The skills checklist is in the curriculum on
page 258 of the instructors manual. This is the form checklist to use, it is
not to be altered.
