beas-pss CRMA training information

From: Davis, Carol A (Carol.A.Davis@maine.gov)

1. The directions have changed from the paperwork on the web site, only for
the classroom roster, because it is the only piece of paper that comes in
with some inconsistency from alot of instructors. Peter and I discussed the
problem and decided if the rosters were sent in with the initial packet, we
could check enrollment numbers as we processed the packet.

2. Also, any instructor with students going from the BDS/24 hour course to a
full DHS certificate must have the following:
Proof of the 24 hour certificate from the Level III certification
Proof they completed the Bridge
Proof of the clinical passes completed as specified on the front of their
certificate
All Bridge students must have their certificates reviewed to ensure that
someone does not inadvertently get a Bridge certificate without the required
clinical passes, when they are upgrading to a full DHS 40 hour CRMA
certificate.
