Hospital Presumptive Eligibility Online Training and Certification

Welcome to the online training program for Hospital Presumptive Eligibility!

Hospital Presumptive Eligibility (“HPE”) is short-term Medicaid coverage for individuals within certain eligibility categories. Hospital representatives must become qualified before they can make these eligibility determinations. Representatives will do this by completing the online training course and passing a knowledge test. The handbooks have been updated with 2024 FPL figures.
