Military Programs

Individuals may complete the program available in their branch of the service, and the program must include a clinical substance abuse assessment component. Any recommended evaluation or treatment services must be satisfactorily completed.

• Fee = $150.00 payable to DEEP
• Payment by Money Order or Credit or Debit Card only, with a $10.00 processing fee for credit or debit card payment.
