Welcome to the Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (OSAMHS) web page.   On August 30, 2012, the Office of Substance Abuse and the Office of Adult Mental Health Services were combined to form OSAMHS. 

With this merger, the services can be delivered more consistently, more efficiently and in a more integrated way across the organization.
