In this 5 hour training, participants will learn the importance of the resume and application in the hiring process. A brief overview of the hiring process for general industry will be presented, along with emphasis on the expectations of the reviewer of applications and resumes. General helpful guidelines will be discussed to help you make your application and resume stand out, and participants will have time to complete both an application and resume tailored to a specific job. Guidelines for answering tough application questions will also be presented.
