Customer Service Standards

Customers’ perceptions of service delivery are of paramount importance to DHHS. Because of this, the Department management has instituted customer service standards that all employees will be evaluated on. In this 3 hour class, participants will learn the expectations of DHHS in service delivery and will have the opportunity to problem solve customer service scenarios. Using case examples and interactive exercises, participants will better understand the impact of their behaviors on customer satisfaction, whether working with customers in a longer term relationship or as a one time contact. In addition, we will learn how to incorporate various behavioral techniques in service delivery to exceed the standards.
