Participants in this program will learn to distinguish between aggressive, passive and assertive behaviors. They will learn to identify and accept their personal rights and the rights of others. Through practice and behavior rehearsals, they will develop a repertoire of assertive skills with which to handle specific situations, and they will learn how to reduce the internal obstacles which prevent assertive behavior.
