Most employed people spend hours in meetings. This time can be used constructively or wasted, depending on the meeting skills of the leaders and participants involved.

In this program, participants will learn about and practice techniques for managing productive meetings. Topics to be covered include: pre-planning, agenda setting, facilitating and recording techniques, decision making methods and the balance of process and content in meetings. Participants will also learn techniques for encouraging behaviors that keep a meeting on track, and minimizing behaviors that are disruptive or counterproductive.
