In today’s organization, professionals at all levels are being called upon to make presentations, some planned and many impromptu. In this six-session program participants will learn techniques for preparing and organizing presentations, including developing effective openings, covering main points, making smooth transitions and ending with appropriate closings. Skills in handling difficult audience participants will be covered and each participant will give several presentations and receive individual feedback. One session will be devoted to the use of PowerPoint in designing presentations and another will be a "help" session for those participants new to the use of PowerPoint.

This is a 20 hour program. Day 1 is 5 hours and the other five sessions are 3 hours each.

Attendance is required at all sessions.
