Individual efficiency and productivity in the workplace can be directly correlated with the ability to manage time effectively. In this three hour program, participants will explore common principles of time management. They will be provided opportunities to improve their skills in solving common time management problems, challenging beliefs that channel unproductive behavior, dealing with typical time wasters, setting priorities, preventing procrastination, and handling costly interruptions. Through a pre- training exercise in time management, participants will be able to apply the concepts to evaluate their own use of time and develop an action plan to improve skills.
