Natural Resource Agency Task Force

Background

The 123rd Maine Legislature, during the second regular session, enacted Chapter 539, H.P. 1651 - L.D. 2289, PART YY, Sec YY-2 (full text here), which requires the natural resource agencies to work together, with a governor-appointed task force, to create and implement a plan to "eliminate duplication and create greater efficiencies to improve the delivery of services to the citizens of the State associated with the natural resources sector".
