Falmouth Shellfish Committee Meeting

Annual Review

            The 2007 Annual Shellfish Management Review was gone over prior to its submittal to the Department. Several correction and additions were made.

 

Water Quality

            There were a number of questions on water quality. It was suggested that Water Quality Specialist Laura Livingston be invited to a meeting to discuss water quality in Falmouth.

 

Clam Survey

            It was recommended that a clam survey be done sometime this summer. The last clam survey was done in 2002.

 

Licensing

            Chairman Lyman Kennedy questioned the legality of open license sales. He requested copies of the pertaining statute and regulation.
