Office Location and Directions

From I-95 take the Bangor Hogan Rd exit (Exit 187). Take a right, and travel east on Hogan Rd towards Veazie (away from the mall). Proceed approximately .8 miles to the Bangor Fire Dept.. Turn right just past the fire station onto the grounds of BMHI. Take the second left (the first leads to the Maine Veterans Home). Enter the Bangor Office Center through a small atrium marked by a sign. Step down to the basement level to the elevator. The LURC office is on the 4th floor, Room 121.

Parking is available in the Laundry Parking Lot.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Downeast Regional Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Tuesday through Thursday by appointment only. Appointments and site visits may be scheduled by calling the Downeast regional staff (207) 941-4052.

Please submit all permit applications and documentation well in advance of anticipated construction. All calls will be responded to as soon as possible.
