Comprehensive Land Use Plan Revision

PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Commission held a formal public hearing, consisting of three sessions held in Augusta, Bangor, and Presque Isle, in order to receive public testimony on the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Files of both verbal and written testimony provided during that process are provided below.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: 

The opportunity to provide testimony closed October 28, 2009. Any possible future opportunities will be posted on this website and through other media.

TIMELINE / NEXT STEPS:

The Commission and staff are reviewing the hundreds of written and verbal testimony offered during the comment period. Staff is summarizing all comments received and will present that summary to the Commission for discussion within the coming months. Upon consideration, the Commission will identify revisions warranted by those comments.
