Comprehensive Land Use Plan Revision

DRAFT PLAN: POST PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Commission held formal public hearings, consisting of three sessions held in Augusta, Bangor, and Presque Isle, in order to receive public testimony on the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The hearing process provided the Commission with additional valuable information and feedback on the draft Plan. Files of both verbal and written testimony provided during that process are provided at the bottom of this page.
Staff prepared a summary of public hearing comments and consequent recommended revisions to the Plan and presented these materials to the Commission at the December 2nd meeting. Based on Commission feedback and directive at this meeting, staff has again revised the Plan. This revised plan is posted below.
