We would suggest adding one other very  important goal.  This is a vital one and is at the seat of the current controversy at Redington and Black Nubble.   It is noticeable by its absence.  Also, go back to the Governor's original statement, in that he and his administration support wind power development, "where appropriate."  Just where is "appropriate?"

Here it is:  "Protect the scenic values of high mountain and the wild areas of Maine."
