Figure 2C. Photo from 2004 of area shown in Figure 2B. The fresh exposures of clay along the base of the bluff indicate that the bluff is still being gradually eroded at high tide. Erosion at the foot of the bluff steepens the bluff slope and will eventually lead to another landslide.
