Many communities have applied successful approaches to balancing diverse beach uses. This interactive session will address the coastal access rights and responsibilities of property owners and the public. Several pending Maine lawsuits will be referenced as case studies as we explore strategies to positively address beach use by the public and satisfy seemingly conflicting interests.
