Malcolm Burson, Office of the Commissioner, Maine Department of Environmental Protection

Malcolm C. Burson is associate director of policy services in the Commissioner's office at the Maine Department of Environmental Protection. Among other responsibilities, in addition to the report noted above, Burson was principal author of A Climate Action Plan for Maine 2004, which made 54 recommendations to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions in Maine to meet statutory reduction targets.
