Dawn Hallowell, Licensing & Compliance Manager, Central Maine Region, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Dawn has worked with the DEP for over 16 years, with most of that time being spent as a project manager in the Southern Maine Regional Office. Many of you have spoken with Dawn over the years regarding your questions about the DEP's Coastal Sand Dune Rules or the processing of your coastal sand dune permit application. Dawn has a B.S. in Water Resources Management from the University of New Hampshire.
