J.T. Lockman, Southern Maine Regional Planning Commission

J.T. Lockman is planning director at Southern Maine Regional Planning Commission. Past positions include planning director for the towns of Wells and Bar Harbor. He holds a Master of Regional Planning from UNC Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s in science and environmental education from Cornell University, as well as certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners. He is a member of Maine Association of Planners, NNE Chapter, and the American Planning Association. His interests include kayaking, hiking, sailing, classical violin and folk fiddling, as well as Hebrew and Yiddish language and culture.
