Figure 18. Higgins Beach, Scarborough. Profile HI3 shows a considerable vertical change in the mean annual profile over 8 years. From 2001 to 2007 the net trend has been a rise in the profile showing a buildup of sand of 1.5 meters on the profile from 60 to 170 m.
