ANNUAL PASSES - DAY USE - please note Use exceptions below
Annual Vehicle Pass - $70.00 - Allows all the occupants
of up to a 17 passenger vehicle free day-use.
Annual Senior Citizen Vehicle Pass (65 and over) - $30.00 – Allows the senior plus all occupants of up to a 17 passenger vehicle free day-use.
Annual Individual Pass - $35.00 - Allows ONLY the individual
pass holder free day-use.

Maine Residents Senior Citizen Pass – Effective 7/1/08, Senior Citizen Passes will no longer be issued. Maine Residents age 65 and older receive free day-use admission. Passes issued before 12/31/91 will be honored as issued.
Purchase a Maine State Park Pass
1. On-line purchase using your debit or credit card
2. When you file your State of Maine income tax;
3. when you first visit a park this summer;
4. By calling the Dept. of Conservation Campground Reservations Call Center at: 800-332-1501 for Maine Residents, 207-624-9950 for non-residents, or 207-287-2209, from 9AM to 4PM, Monday-Friday.
5. By visiting the Augusta Office, Bureau of Parks and Lands, Department of Conservation, Harlow Building, 18 Elkins Lane (AMHI Campus), Augusta, Maine, from 9 a.m - 4 p.m.
6. By mailing a check or money order to: Dept. of Conservation, Attn.: Reservations Office, 22 SHS, Augusta, ME 04333-0022. Make your check payable to: Treasurer, State of Maine.
Use Exceptions
Park passes are not accepted at the following parks: Baxter State Park, The Allagash Wilderness Waterway, The Penobscot River Corridor, The Penobscot Narrows Observatory, the Maine Wildlife Park, Peacock Beach, or Scarborough Beach. The Maine State Park Pass is for day-use only and does not include camping. However, if you are camping at one of our 12 campgrounds, the day-use fee is included in your camping fee.
OTHER PASSES - DAY USE
Mt. Battie Vehicle Pass - $20.00 - Good for 5 vehicle trips up
Mt.Battie, Camden, Maine.
Business Vehicle Pass (one-time, day-use) - Sold in blocks of 50 for $250. To purchase or for more information, call 207-287-2209.
GROUP RESERVATION FEES - DAY USE
Group Shelter Reservation Fee - $100.00, non-refundable,
in addition to day-use fee, except at Cobscook Bay, Damariscotta Lake, Ferry Beach, and Swan Lake State Parks, which are $50.00 in addition to the day-use fee. In addition
to the shelter fee, the Resource Room at Range Pond State Park
may be reserved for a non refundable fee of $100.00.
Group Site Reservation Fee - $25.00, non-refundable
charge at Crescent Beach, Lamoine, Range Pond, Sebago, and Two Lights State
Parks only, in addition to day-use fee.
GROUP EXEMPTION GUIDELINES - DAY USE
Organized groups shall pay the per person day-use fee at all facilities, except that there will be no charge for the following with prior approval. Groups are not exempt from fees on Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day weekends and on Saturday and Sundays in June, July and August. For application information, please call 207-287-2209.
1. State of Maine organized group programs for residents of State and Federal institutions;
2. State of Maine organized programs for the disadvantaged or persons with disabilities;
3. State of Maine school/education programs during the school year (September through July
1 - no application needed, contact park directly).
BOATING & MISCELLANEOUS FEES
Boat, Canoe, Kayak and Paddle Boat Rentals - $3 per
hour - where available.
Boat Launching Fee – For park access, limited
to parking and boat launching, the daily fee for launching trailered
boats shall be the posted per person day-use
fee or $5 per vehicle, whichever is less. The maximum fee for
any trailered boat access shall be $5. - where available.
Songo Lock - $3 per boat, per passage. Boats
requiring both gates open - special arrangements must be made.
Commercial Bus Tours - $30/bus/trip - where available (reservations required; call the park).
Campground Visitors - Will be admitted by paying
the day use fee or using their season passes.
Dumping Station - $5 per unit (day-use customers), where permitted - where available.
