9:10 - Presentation and review of preliminary draft report followed by clarifying questions and identification and resolution concerns (if any)

(A 15-minute break will be built into the time allotted to the discussion)

11:00 - Discussion and determination of the name, definition, and implications associated with each of the four possible overall educator summative ratings

11:50 - Comments from the public

12:00 PM - Lunch

12:45 - Identification of remaining tasks and issues to be addressed
