Mailing Labels

• MEDMS Label System. Create your own mailing labels online from our Maine Education Data Management System (MEDMS) Database. This option will provide you with individual staff names.

• To view or print these mailing labels, your computer must have Microsoft Word 97 (or higher) installed or the free "Microsoft Word Viewer" application. Download and install Microsoft Word Viewer.

ASCII Text Comma-delimited File

• Use the same data to create your own mailing labels using an ASCII text comma-delimited file. This option will provide you with current contact data that can be manipulated and used as you wish.

School Address Data

• All Approved Schools (Public & Private)
• Approved Public Schools Only
• Approved Private Schools Only
• Superintendents' Office Address Data
