Advisory Committee

The State Personnel Development Grant Advisory Committee members' role is to facilitate communication through a well-established system for feedback, coordination and oversight that includes key personnel and partners. More specifically, they assist the Maine DOE in the implementation of the SPDG project as it relates to the implementation of evidence-based practices:

  • Development of a more detailed implementation plan for project year one
  • Development of a cummunication plan
  • Development of a data collection and reporting plan and system
  • Participation in the annual evaluation of the SPDG project
  • Preparation of the SPDG Annual Report
  • Developing a sustainability plan starting in project year three
