1% of gross to the general fund for administrative expenses of the board

39% of net to the Gambling Control Board to be distributed

4% to the general fund for admin expenses of the board of that 4% $50,000 will go to Gambling Addiction for 2011 and 12 and then $100,000 after.

10% for Harness Purses

3% for Sire Stakes

3% for Agricultural Fairs

10% to the Fund for Healthy Maine up to $4.5 million then to GF undedicated account.

2% to U Maine Scholarship fund.

4% to Encourage racing at commercial tracks fund.

1% to OTB’s

1% to host municipality

1% Maine Community Colleges

Hollywood Casino – Table Games Revenue

16% of net to the Gambling Control Board to be distributed

9% to GF for administrative expenses of the board and gambling addiction

3% Gambling Control Board Administrative Expenses Other Special Revenue account.

2% to host municipality

2% deposited into an account held by the board for distribution to charitable nonprofits eligible to conduct BEANO and Games of Chance.  The account is non-lapsing and no distributions will be made from the account before 07/01/13

46% of net to the GCB to be distributed

25% to Dept of Education for K – 12 essential programs

4% to U Maine Scholarship fund.

3% Maine Community College System Scholarships

4% for the tribal governments of the Penobscot and             Passamaquoddy tribes

3% for the admin of the board and gambling addiction counseling services

2% to the host municipality

1% for Agricultural fairs

1% for Harness Racing purses

1% for Sire Stakes

1% to host county for costs resulting from gaming

1% to the Dept of Agriculture for dairy fund stabilization

Oxford Casino – Table Game Revenue

16% of net to the GCB to be distributed

10% to Dept of Education for K – 12 essential programs

3% for the Gambling Control Board Administrative Expenses Other Special Revenue account

2% to host municipality

1% to the county for gaming related expenses.
