Fire Sprinklers

The fire sprinkler industry has been regulated in Maine since 1990 when the fire sprinkler contractors worked with our office to launch The Fire Sprinkler Law.  The goal was two-fold.  The contractors wanted to bid "apples-to-apples" according to a professional standard, and we all wanted an increase in safety by having those systems professionally installed.  Our philosophy has been that our ability to regulate is tied to our capacity to serve.  This website is a reflection of some of our many services to the licensed designers, installers and inspectors in the fire sprinkler industry, as well as to the rest of you that can benefit from the management of this industry-related information.
