As of July 1, 2014, Maine is no longer participating in the Intergovernmental Review process established under Federal E.O. 12372. This does not affect your ability to apply for Federal grants.

  • If you are submitting a grant application on July 1 or later: please submit your application directly to the Federal awarding agency.
  • The last bi-weekly review bulletin was sent out on July 1.
  • Completion letters can be requested from the Office of Policy and Management.

Please contact the Office of Policy and Management with any questions. Note that withdrawal from the E.O. 12372 Intergovernmental Review process does not affect any other State or Federal application or review requirements.
