RE: Payment of SAT Transportation and Site Costs
As stated in Informational Letter #39 of September 22, 2005, the Department has developed a system to reimburse high schools for bus transportation to the student’s school and test site for grade 11 public school students (students educated at public expense) taking the SAT for State assessment purposes for the April 1, 2006 administration.
Attached is a SAT Transportation and Site Reimbursement Form. Please complete, sign and fax this form to 207-624-6791. Please note that the form must be received by end of day Friday, April 21, 2006 to be eligible for reimbursement.
Thank you for your participation in the Maine SAT Initiative. Student transportation and high school site activities contributed to the success of this effort by supporting our students to participate and do their best.
