The Report of Adult Education for Subsidy Purposes (EF-M-39A) for the period January 1, 2007 – June 30, 2007 is available on the Department of Education’s Web page. This form must be completed and returned no later than July 15, 2007. This form may be downloaded from the Department of Education’s Forms Page at:

This form is required for the collection of subsidy data on secondary school age persons who are not attending a public school and who are enrolled in an adult education course pursuant to 20-A MRSA, section 8605. The statute is available at the following website:
