SUBJECT:       Financial Report of Career and Technical Education Regions for FY 2006-2007 (EF-M-45V)

The “Financial Report of Career and Technical Regions” (EF-M-45V), for the 2006-2007 fiscal year is now available for your completion.  The spreadsheet version of the form should be downloaded from the Department of Education’s homepage at

http://www.maine.gov/education/forms/mis.htm

Please complete the form with the help of the specific instructions entitled, “EF-M-45V Excel Spreadsheet Instructions” which are also available on our website.  This report should be completed and returned to the Department of Education, School Finance and Operations, by July 31, 2007.
