Adjusted Cohort Graduation Rate Training

It is recommended that before attending one of the Q & A webinars listed below, you listed to a pre-recorded online training video which explains the process of how to validate and submit requested changes to the Graduation Cohort Validation Report.

MDOE hosted training sessions are available in a number of different formats to support the timely, accurate completion of the ACGR.  The first is a detailed, pre-recorded online training session outlining how to complete the ACGR.  This training is available online 24/7 for schools to review.  The training session will include all of the critical aspects of completing the ACGR certification process.   The link to the pre-recorded ACGR training session is below:

The name of the file will be “2010-11 ACGR Training”  and it will be dated “Aug 2011” In addition to the pre-recorded training session, there will be two open-forum Question and Answer sessions hosted by the MDOE, pertaining to completion of the ACGR.  The dates, times, hyperlinks and call-in information of the Question and Answer sessions are listed below:
