Performance-Based Systems Workshop for Administrators

Audience:

School and district level administrators who have previously attended RISC learning opportunities and have a basic knowledge of the RISC Model of learner-centered, performance-based educational systems.

 

Purpose:

To deepen and enhance school and district administrators’ understanding of how to lead and support a learner-centered, performance-based educational system.

 

Issues/Topics:

  • How to lead and support this change
  • How to communicate the change to all stakeholders
  • Lessons learned over 15 years of deploying this in other districts
  • Organization and individual evaluations
