Turn left at Eastern Avenue/Route 17. Continue to follow Route 17 for 40.4 miles. Turn right at Broadway/US Route 1. Turn Left at Part Street/US Route 1, then turn left at Main Street/US Route 1. Turn right on Tillson Avenue. CDS Knox is at 116 Tillson Avenue on the left.

From south
From I-295 N, take exit 28 for Coastal Route US Route 1 toward Bath/Brunswick. Merge onto US Route 1. Turn left at Blue Star Memorial Highway/Mill Street/ US Route 1 for 47.1 miles. Continue to follow Blue Star Memorial Highway. Continue on Main Street/Route 131/US Route 1 for 5.2 miles. Turn left at Main Street/US Route 1. Turn right at Tillson Avenue. CDS Knox is at 116 Tillson Avenue on the left.
