1. When does your P.E.T. refer students to vocational education? If no referral, how do you provide for the vocational needs of your students and vocational evaluation?

2. Have you found the vocational center willing to modify programs for your students? Do they participate in your P.E.T.s? If no, have they been invited? Is there written notification of the P.E.T. meeting?

3. How do vocational teachers know what modifications are required? Specific support services?

4. Who writes the vocational component of the I.E.P.? The vocational objective and goals; justification for placement and modifications?

5. How does the student change his/her program? How does the school change the students' program?

6. When a student is enrolled in a vocational center/region and leaves for any reason, what procedure is followed?

7. When a disciplinary process is involved, are appropriate due process procedures followed? Have appropriate notifications been made?

8. What are the disciplinary policies for special education students? Are these policies different from those governing the general student population?

9. Who is responsible for providing support services? Are the services provided? Are the services appropriate/effective?

10. Who is responsible for providing supplemental services? The sending school or vocational center?
