Hear from leading scientific experts about how Maine's climate is changing and its impacts on human health, economic and social systems, and resilience across Maine communities. This webinar will provide an update on the latest scientific findings from the Maine Climate Council Scientific and Technical Subcommittee's (STS) forthcoming Scientific Assessment of Climate Change and Its Effects in Maine (2024 Update). Speakers will include: Susie Arnold from the Island Institute and co-chair of the STS, Sean Birkel, Maine State Climatologist, Cindy Isenhour from the University of Maine, and Rebecca Lincoln from the Maine Center for Disease Control.
