This meeting was called to order 3:06 . The purpose of the meeting
was to discuss issues of project management of the CAT3 Grant project.
It was thought that these were time sensitive issues but not of such
import and they could not be dealt with by conference call in advance
of the regular meeting.
The Chair proposed an agenda as follows:
1) Will bond money be designated to pay for project management?
2) What amount will be allocated?
3) Who will be designated as Project Manager?
Initial discussion was on the contribution to project management
by the Maine Office of GIS (MEGIS ) and Office Information Technology
( OIT ). Part of the project was the commitment of $10,000 in in-kind
services from MEGIS, $3500 for vendor management, $4,000 for contract
administration and the rest as general administration.
