Rep. Anne-Marie Mastraccio is serving her sixth non-consecutive term in the Maine House of Representatives. She is the House chair of the Government Oversight Committee and a returning member of the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee.
Mastraccio is committed to improving the business climate in Maine and increasing access to skills training for unemployed and underemployed workers. She brings to the Legislature her experience as a member of the Sanford Regional Economic Growth Council and over 30 years as an elected official in Sanford, including most recently as mayor.
Educated and employed as a dental hygienist in Boston prior to moving to Maine in 1980, Mastraccio worked for over 20 years in the optometric practice of her husband, Albert. They have two married children and three grandchildren.
