Maine Outdoor Heritage Fund “121” Grant Funding Round Proposal Submittal Schedule

The deadline for submittal for a Maine Outdoor Heritage Fund (MOHF) grant application to a sponsoring natural resource agency for the 2012 second round of funding (121) is February 1, 2012

This initial submittal should consist of a one page Summary Information Form. In order for a proposal to be sponsored and submitted, it must meet the Guiding Principles for the Outdoor Heritage Fund.

Applicants should discuss proposed projects as they are drafted with the appropriate natural resource agency staff (see below) and determine applicable deadlines.

Agency staff must deliver nine copies of each sponsored proposal package to the MOHF Secretariat by close of business day March 1, 2012.

It is highly recommended that applicants review the scoring criteria, grant application guidelines and work with appropriate natural resource agency staff prior to submitting their proposal. Additional information is provided at http://www.maine.gov/ifw/grants/outdoorheritagefund/
