- "INN-Reach" is the trade name for the software provided by Innovative Interfaces Inc. for management of the real-time online library catalog and resource sharing system called MaineCat. The software runs on the central MaineCat server and on each of the ten online library management systems linked to it.

The Innovative software manuals, which are available only in electronic form, are available at: http://csdirect.iii.com/manual/ It is essential that library staff familiarize themselves with use of the manual. Though the manual is definitely not a how-to document, it does answer questions about specific functions and pages..
