Upcoming Meetings

    Meeting Locations/Parking: 
    • Bangor Public Library: We will be using the Board Room on the 1st floor of the library. During library open hours, the Board Room is to the left just inside the sidewalk entrance (lower level). Do not use the main stair entrance to the building. However, since the meeting starts before the library’s 10 AM opening, participants will need use the Shipping and Receiving Entrance on the left side of the building (look for the staging). Once inside, proceed straight through the staff room to the middle of the building. The Board Room is on the right after you pass the lockers. Please ask a staff member to assist you. Parking: The Abbott Square Parking lot is available across the street. Go through the gate and get a ticket. Parking is 50 cents per hour. The downtown Pickering Square Parking Garage is also available at 50 cents per hour (1st 2 hours are free, but if you park longer than 2 hours, you will be charged for those 1st 2 hours). Street parking is either 1 or 2 hours free and the limits are STRICTLY enforced.  
    • Central Maine Community College - 1250 Turner St., Auburn Meeting location: Jalbert Hall, room J15  Parking: Open.  Check out map:  http://www.cmcc.edu/FutureStudents/GETTOKNOWUS/CampusMap.aspx#.UZvXaNW-34g  
    • Maine State Library Meeting location: Studio Parking:  Free parking is available in lots around the library. During legislative sessions (generally, January through April or June), parking in the lots may be limited. If parking is unavailable adjacent to the building, use the free parking garage at the corner of Capitol and Sewall Streets.  (Entrance/Exit is on Sewall Street.)  Map - http://www.mainestatemuseum.org/resource/d/87213/BusMap2010.jpg  
    • Northern Maine Community College Meeting location:  Edmunds Building / Edmunds library conference room Parking:  Free parking in general campus parking lot.  
    • York Public Library – 15 Long Sands Road, York Meeting location: In one of the Meeting Rooms on the lower level of the library. Parking: Plenty of parking in the Library Parking Lot.
