Bureau of Motor Vehicles

Driving Records- You can access an individual's driving record by entering first and last name and date of birth or drivers license number.

Registration Records- You may access vehicle registration records by plate number and class code or individuals first and last name and date of birth.

Title Records- You may access title records by providing title number or vehicle identification number (VIN).

Bureau of Corporations, Elections and Commissions

UCC Filings- You may search for any name variations for your debtor name, please visit our Debtor Name Index (free service) prior to doing an official UCC debtor name search. You may obtain Standard Information Request Response, Report Only, Selected Images Only, File Number Search.

Department of Public Safety

Public Criminal Records- This online site provides you with electronic access to request criminal history record and juvenile crime information maintained by the Maine State Police by providing a first and last name and date of birth. Most search results will be returned via e-mail within two hours. If your search results are not returned within twelve hours, then your inquiry may be one that requires manual intervention. Search results for inquiries that require manual intervention may be delayed for up to four weeks.
