The State of Maine offers eGovernment services so that you can interact with state government online …. instead of waiting in line. Some online services are free, while others are associated with a fee that require an annual subscription account.

Who should subscribe?

Businesses and citizens who want access to subscription eGovernment services such as Motor Vehicle Records, Corporate Records, Uniform Commercial Code filings and much more, with the convenience of monthly billing!

How much does it cost?

The annual subscription fee is $95, in addition to the statutory fees associated with each service (view pricing details).

How do I subscribe?

It’s easy! Just follow the simple steps below to start your InforME subscription. It only takes a few moments to complete the subscription process. Once your application is complete, you will be contacted by an InforME representative alerting you that your account is ready to use.

Step 1: Print and complete the Subscriber Application Form (PDF).

Step 2: Print, sign and mail the Service Agreement along with your Application and subscription fee.

Note: If you need access to personal information (such as name, address, date of birth, license number) contained in driver, title, or registration records, you must qualify to receive this information under the Maine Department of Secretary of State’s DPPA Rules and provide a signed statement affirming your qualifications to receive personal information.

If you do not qualify to receive personal information, you may still use specific motor vehicle record services (such as driving records), but personal information will not be provided as part of the record information.
