The Division of Administrative Hearings hears primarily
unemployment appeals
cases. We have
prepared this web site so that those participating in the
appeals process may
acquire a
better understanding of the hearing process.
In addition to unemployment cases, the Division also
performs hearings
relating to Mental Health
grievances and medication, concealed weapons, gaming, LIHEAP, MSHA, and the Bureau of
Labor
Standards.
