Bend the Curve Initiative Comes to Local Offices in August

In rolling out the Bend the Curve project, there will be a number of system-wide, working conferences scheduled in the Northern, Southern, and Central regions. Teams will be created to work out the details on how to change our culture and work. Video conferences may be explored if travel is a problem. Every employee is encouraged to become involved in the Bend the Curve process. Management firmly believes that the project will not be successful without full staff participation. Committee members suggested that video conferencing, shorter sessions, and/or having team leaders travel to the offices be pursued, rather than having all employees travel to a centralized conference location. These ideas will be considered. Look for these meetings/conferences to start later in August.
