Initial Claims Project Team

Process Boundaries:
First Step: First contact by claimant

Reduce the amount of staff time required to process the claims by 33% by Thanksgiving
Improve the rate of meeting the 14 day compliance for the Federal Requirement payment timeline
from the current 87% to 90% implemented by Thanksgiving so it is reflected in the March 31, 2006 report
