Writing a Chronological (Work History) Résumé

A chronological résumé lists your work history from your current or most recent job back to your first job. This style of résumé works well for people who are seeking work in their current field. Chronological resumes are also effective for people seeking a promotion or a position with more responsibility. It gives an at-a-glance snapshot of continued growth in a particular field.
