Government Evaluation ReportsUpon reviewing a state agency or independent agency under the "State Government Evaluation Act", committees of jurisdiction must submit to the full Legislature their findings, recommendations and legislation required to implement their recommendations by March 1. Reports completed during 1998 are available below.
Program Evaluation Reports submitted as part of the agency review process must be filed no later than November 1. Copies of these reports are available for review at agency offices and at the Law and Legislative Reference Library located on 2nd Floor of the State House.
