      Session and Database Demonstrations
      • This is an informal session highlighting research results and database management tools used by state DOT Research Programs. This session is offered to give meeting participants who are in Maine early a chance to network and learn about RAC programs and projects. This session will be an “at your own pace, relaxed welcome” to the region.

      Administration
      • A “rapid-fire, "hot topics” session which will encourage audience
        participation. Prior to the annual meeting, topic areas will be solicited from the RAC community and then used to lead the discussion. Region 1 will enlist the assistance from a dynamic session moderator who will keep everyone engaged and limited to a 3--5 minute discussion per topic so as to address all of the topics pre-identified.
